Nice little new development called Harrogate next to the Green shopping center. Seems convenient , walkable, and reasonably priced.

I drove through there and thought it was weird because all the houses face away from each other and they seem to have no yard whatsoever. It was strange, because to get to someone's front door as a visitor, I don't get where you would park, and then you have to walk down a sidewalk to get to the houses-- I don't know, just seemed weird. Too bad because the prices are great.

I think that it is a problem related to absentee owners. There was a lot of Mortgage fraud occurring there (the builder is now serving time ).

Cornelius is great. I especially like Oakhurst as a community.

Carolina Guy - Did you go to the homeowner meeting? What did they say about informing the residents about the break ins?

Might be an advantage living off of the street? The place is close to amenities though. I guess the builder was trying to squeeze in homes as tight as possible for those individuals that don't want to keep up a lawn. Later.
