Hey all, since we're now coming to charlotte instead of Raleigh I wanted to know which real estate school would you recommend. Allen Tate or J.Y. Monk. Hope to start next month or no later than February.
Three week countdown. Can't wait to make that 14 plus hour drive across the country! from Milwaukee to Charlotte. Gonna get the two older kids digicameras-you know the $20.00 one so they can do a little photojournal. That should be fun. I'm sure we'll see alot of interesting things along the way.
jy monk.....i took the night class with Mrs leggett.
very nice teacher..and met a lot of ppl there.
My friend went to allen tate and said it was okay...
At least with JY monk...you may meet a lot of ppl who are interviewing with different companies....and get different perspectives. With Allen Tate...I think it will be frowned upon if you speak of other companies
I went to J.Y. Monk going on six years ago. Good teachers and material. If you study as asked, you should pass, no problem. I am still in the biz, but this market has some struggling.
Good luck to you.
I went to Mingle, but I now love Superior. I agree about Bill Gallagher. I also LOVE Terry Wilson, at SSORE...he was my instructor at Mingle, but he's moved over to Superior, he's a great instructor!!
my husband took his licensing courses with Bill Gallagher and highly recommends it. i was soooo close to taking the fall class, but chickened out. if i do take it i'll take the SSORE course with Bill.
