I feel compelled to continue to post the obvious. You're seeing some negativity about a business that hides every bad deed they can bury, with enormous resources to do so. So a negative report is like seeing one roach in a restaurant. You may never see them all, because there is no place for a public record that would show them all.
If you want to put so much stock in a company that has destroyed people's lives knowingly and willingly, as a byproduct of their methods, that's your choice. I wouldn't for any reason, not even with 1000 anonymous positive endorsements online. It's not as if they wouldn't monitor the net and do damage control in the last place free speech exists that could effect their sales. All other true info sources are locked up by design. You may get an okay house and that's great if you do/did.
Not everybody got things fixed, even after pointing out problems, or got out of their financing scams by just saying no to NVR. It's in fact very hard to find all the facts, buried under all the promo. I don't just live in one of their houses, I've done over one thousand hours of research. There are some two hundred Ryan Home properties in my neighborhood. 99% of them haven't reported to me on the quality of their house. Most will sell without saying anything, and most have here. I would not be conceited enough to assume that means they all shared my same experience, though such things can happen in whole subdivisions. Few of them here know all the facts about my home, unless they searched online for it's site.
But I'm in the Richmond VA division, up from TN. I was more used to people acting humane before getting stuck here by a defective house. Here that's uncommon when money is involved. Regardless, Ryan Homes is a NO WAY anywhere now.
