Hi all,
Let me first thank you for all your kind advice/help for the past year and as the holiday is near, we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
With all that said, we are closing our new home before the year end. could you please tell us if there's any impact on the federal/state tax? what can be deducted? any portion of the downpayments? Also, we have relocated from another state. Any advice are welcome, we're the 1st time home owner.
