12 months

I would say we have dined outside at some of the local bars and restaurants, with our dog, every month of the year.
My "mid life crisis car," which was in the garage from Nov to mid April in western Pa, gets driven every week of the year.

Although any of those months can be exhaustingly hot - I do think it's rare for all 3 together in one year to be miserable weather.

Summers are definitely more of a beat-down than winter. Sure we can get some low teens days in the winter but that normally passes quickly, whereas the heat can drag on for a few weeks. And we get sunny days mixed into our winters, unlike the continually dreary overcast experience further north.
