Don't know any up there. Nova's bakery is European style on Central and Baker's Blessings in Matthews is also good.

Would like to bump this. I recently moved near UNCC and can't find any decent bread in the area. Those links posted look very good but I was thinking more of the bread/rolls type of bakery than the cookies and cakes thing.
