I just spoke to a gentleman who I left an email for from a Latin Food chain here in Miami called "POLLO TROPICAL" I recommended looking into opening a franchise in charlotte due to the fact lots of Floridians (that relocated) and Charlotteans looking for a good Latin food chain.

Luis are you in Charlotte or in Miami? I keep seeing posts that say "here" regardless of which city you are referencing.

Please tell the guy from Pollo Tropical that they need to start roasting bigger and fatter chickens. I think that place has gone downhill so badly. Their food is awful and their chickens are so scrawny.

You're better off contacting Palacio de los Jugos.

I miss pollo tropical, had it twice while in Miami a couple of weeks ago, I think it would be a major hit up here.
