Luis and Flyscotsman and Himain, well - everybody

They opened a new Blue Sky over by the Costco that is on 82nd Avenue and like NW 3rd Street. It's probably way out of your way Luis but anyway, they tried to make a very "chic" Blue Sky and turned it into a Spanish tavern type of place with all the Spaniard type tiles and clay pots for sale and Flamenco pictures on the walls. The food is awful! I don't think they will survive. It's too expensive, the food is "different" and it's not the typical Blue Sky that we're used to.

Blue sky would be a little harder...they only have about 4 or 5 locations i think...Might be hard Im not sure is they franchise

I do not think blue sky would survive here.

Pollo Tropical yes, cuban bakery/cafe would be a massive hit, if I had the money I would have been tempted to open one myself.

Most Blue sky restaurants have only spanish speaking woman the sometimes you cant even understand their spanish

Now thats so true, I used to do take out from Rio Crystal on bird road and the ladies there made me order in Spanish.

Have you ever heard a scotsman talking spanish!!!!!!

LOLLLLL... You like that place? My BF loves it. I don't like it that much. But have you seen the stack of fries on top of the queen size sheet steaks they have?
