Frank, closer to 500 is better intown, but may not be enough in Elizabeth. There is one acceptable one for sale in there now in the high 400's but it is only 3 bedrooms.

If you are open to doing a rennovation you will have more homes to look at. But for those that have been restored already the prices are well over 500,000, most are in the 600 and 700's.

I would say that as soon as you know your exact price point, see what is available then - you might get lucky. Please let me know if you need a realtor, I know several very good ones

Thanks Loves. We will check back with you when things are a little clearer (probably in Jan/Feb). We would love some guidance on a realtor.
