I said "more of an urban feeling" and made my point when talking about walkability to close by future plaza...only place in Marvin where possible. Get it now?

Conventional wisdom says, yes, that street sucks. But if you look at listings in PD, houses on Man of War continue to sell and for top dollar. Two houses that are priced around the $1M mark on that street just went under contract. Go figure.
