Default car property tax
What is the average someone pays on auto property taxes? This is new to me. Is it on a monthly basis or yearly?

It is based on the average bluebook value of your automobile. The tax rate varies from county to county. You get a bill once a year for each motor vehicle you own.

As an example I own 2 vehicles. The tax on my 2004 mid sized SUV was $104 and the tax on my 2001 small pickup truck was $81.
