I use coupons often too. I like HT and Bi-lo because afaik they are the only local stores that double them. Last week, HT tripled coupons. I got some items for free. My total bill went from about $160 to about $92. It's well worth the $1 you pay for the newspaper. Another trick is that when HT has "buy one get one free" sales each item rings at 1/2 price. So yesterday they had the Birdseye steamfresh veggies bogo free. That made them $1.25 each instead of $2.50. Then I had a 35 cent coupon doubled to 70 cents. Total cost-55 cents. Nice. I don't know about cpuponmon.com though requiring email address and cookies...

couponmom.com is great. It gives you the chance to get other coupons besides the sunday paper and will also tell you which stores in your area have things on sale, etc. They require your email address as they send you alerts, items on sale etc. In todays day and age every website stores cookies, probably even this one.

After using Bugmenot.com - login with these free web passwords to bypass compulsory registration to log into that website, it isn't much more than what I already have access to on other sites such as spoofee, passwird, ebates, etc.

I don't often go there...Not because I don't like them but just because there isn't one all too close to me. Good to know though. Thanks.

If you are looking for a special item, some stores will consider ordering it for you. I know HT started stocking something I requested. (That was back when I was one of the smaller crowd that wanted the HE laundry detergent for my front loader.)

I'm from SW Washington and I miss WINCO too. Have you found any place that sells food in the bulk bins?

What grocery stores are in the Steel Creek area now? Any whole foods or Trader Joes's?
