does any one have good information on the pros and cons of moving and building in the subdivision?

Tuscany is a very nice neighborhood, but like other union county developments the builders have changed over time so that can cause a bit of an inconsistent look. Personally I like that, but it can bother some people as it can look a bit like patch work.

I'm curious, why Tuscany over Copper Run? IMO True Homes builds a better house than Ryland and the lots in Copper Run are much larger.
