land
Oh no I was wondering about that land. So if it already sold they wouldn't tell you if it was a home builder or commercial builder? I heard they can't build for another few years in that area but they can sell land.
The area you built in the homes start at 250 and up right? We are looking in the 150's range unfortunatley. yeah our lot is small but it does back up to trees but good for us now.
That worries me about the land though!

Yes they said it was sold but they didn't know or didn't want to tell me. But Even if they do you still have plenty of buffer between the community and the other side of the road.
Yes its around 250. I did like how all of ST johns lots back to trees that is what really attracted me to them. Im sure everything will be fine there though.

???
How did you find out about the land?
Were you working with Jason at KB in St. John's? He mentioned that there was a very interested couple but he did not have a lot for them. I wonder if it was you?!

I was actually working with Michael. But I was going to buy a quick move in but they sold it out from under me. Then there was a lot I wanted but it wasn't release yet. So they I looked some more and found the other community.

hmm.
Thanks well I am going to ask him about it tomorrow. I figured that land would all get developed..I knew the schools were going in a few years so I figured it would have more homes aroudn it. Hopefully, he tells me the truth.
I would just think that for resale which we really need to think about the home would not be as desirable b/c of a strip mall across from it. Maybe it was too good to be true...b/c the development is soooo reasonable in comparision to the other neighborhoods..maybe that is one of the reasons!

1 more question
We decided so fast and were so tried that we did not even explore the other areas right around the community. if you turn left there is nothing out there right? i guess eventually you would hit the town of Monroe..the city itself is not that nice I hear. I guess I will always turn right out of the development! For now that is the only way we know.

It is more expensive but not as much as other areas. Also I couldn't build the size house I wanted in Union county for the price I paid. So You have to take it as it comes.

I don't think its to bad. I think my realtor told me about 25 mins during rush hours. So that is not bad coming from about 45mins to an hour.
