It's a great area, close to Charlotte. Houses don't go on sale very often!

Of course you are probably already aware that this is "Christmas Town" so the traffic is pretty crazy during the month of December. If there is a con, that would be the only one.

McAdenville is Beautiful. Especially with all the Saussy Burbank homes. It is also a very easy commute to Charlotte. Even during Rush Hour yuo could probably be Uptown in under 30 minutes. Gaston County has always been the easiest commute into Charlotte.

McAdenville is a very nice area and saussy burbank builds a great home. They will be building many more homes so this area is still growing. This is christmas town USA and if you live on main street it is mandatory to decorate your home otherwise it is highly encouraged if you do not live on the main street. Commute is very easy....about 20 minutes to uptown charlotte

... and only about 15 minutes to the airport!!! My wife loves McAdenville, I like Belmont a little better. Either way, this part of Gaston county is very nice to live in.

All pros, can't think of a single con - I'd say "go for it!".
