Correct. But you don't test into IB, only Lottery. TD are programs within the schools which yes, you test into. I "thought" most schools have a TD program? We are in the TD program at Cotswold IB but it isn't a separate class per say. They pull the TD kids out from their regular class once a day-ish for an hour and then work with the TD teacher.
There is the Horzions Program but that is for
super high IQ kids (145+). You just test in there and you are in. That program is reserved for the true genius kids.
