Do you mean siblings? Once one child is the IB program, the whole family is in the program. If you have three school age kids and apply all for the IB lottery and one gets choose, they can all go.

No - not siblings. I mean if you have a kid who tests into IB (or Talent Development, or whatever they call it), and then the kid doesn't lottery into an IB or TD school, then I guess they just attend their home school, whether or not the home school has TD or IB programs?

Correct. But you don't test into IB, only Lottery. TD are programs within the schools which yes, you test into. I "thought" most schools have a TD program? We are in the TD program at Cotswold IB but it isn't a separate class per say. They pull the TD kids out from their regular class once a day-ish for an hour and then work with the TD teacher.

There is the Horzions Program but that is for super high IQ kids (145+). You just test in there and you are in. That program is reserved for the true genius kids.
