Aegis Custom Builders
Found a house i love on a lot I like but the house is 90% done and i see a lot and i mean a lot of cosmetic flaws. Anyone know of this builder and have any info. Their website is down as well
Please advise

Aegis is a custom home builder. They build some beaitiful homes in the Lake Norman area. I wouldn't rule them as flaws until the house is complete though.

There will be a lot of "punch" out work or rough in work that needs completing at this stage.

If they are affiliated with Aegis lending (which went under) stay away.

Aegis custom is more than likely different. The Aegis homes I have seen built in Mooresville on lake norman have been absolutely gorgeous!

Yes...it is Aegis Custom Builders in Mooresville....has been told they can no longer build in my development as a custom builder!

That is what happened to us when Moderator cut: avoid using names as per TOS , partially built (not finished) our home. We will never recover from all the "damages" that occured to us during the building process with Aegis Custom Builders!
As Sher911 stated about her subdivision, Aegis Custom Builders is no longer permitted to build in our subdivision either. Both of these subdivisions are exclusive, elegant $750 - 3M areas.
