Planters Walk vs Berewick vs Waterlyn
I am interested in homes in these subdivisions. Can anyone recommend one or the other. How is the Berewick Elementary school rated? Are there more break-ins at either one?

Personally I would choose Berewick. The house prices are higher, but the commute is easier since you are right on I-485 and don't have to go on HWY 160 or Tryon.

Planters Walk doesn't look good driving through it. Several homes look like they aren't being kept up with maintenance.
