Charlotte has realized now that lost the walkability of the city.
I watched a show on TV the other night from some of the cities reps. They admitted their error in tearing down the character and small retail that used to line the city.

Charlotte sold out to big box which does not build a walkable city.

Default Mint Hill is up and coming, but!

Mint Hill is up and coming, if they don't build more big box like the rest of Charlotte.
