H there!

Can anyone recommend the best family-oriented area outside of Charlotte with good school districts and reasonably priced homes? Ballantyne seems really nice but seems a little pricey. Considering moving to a place where people are nice and friendly and welcoming with a nice Southern feel. (From Florida originally) and it's waayyy tooo crowded here!

Thank you in advance for your input! Happy New Year!

Tega Cay, SC. It's on the border of NC.

What do you consider reasonably priced? I think that Union County has good schools and reasonably priced homes.

Where are your jobs? Which area do you need to be near? What is considered reasonable to you?

It is difficult to answer your question without a lot more info.

Reasonably priced $200K-$325K. I would have to start over with jobs in either the marketing/promotion field or property management or office administration fields. Priority for me is finding the best schools (middle & high school.) I would like to be no more than 2 hours away from Charlotte, N.C. Thank you!
