Why do you want to? Maybe that would be a better way to start. There is no blanket reason for why you should or shouldn't move here. Everyone is different and has different needs. What's bad or good reasons for one, may not be for another. Since we know absolutely nothing about you, tell us why you are wanting to move here and then we can go from there.

I moved to Charlotte from MD 8 years ago. I find it to be a great place to raise a family. There is always something to do. Most of the schools are pretty good. There is a lot of diversity and of course that southern hospitality is always good. Employment is okay, and getting better with the economy, but of course that depends on your career. I think it would be helpful for you to visit Charlotte several times before making a decision.
