Matthews Parks & Rec has a bunch of camps: https://matthewsfun.org/LinkClick.as...g%3d&tabid=141

Then of course there is Siskey: http://www.ymcacharlotte.org/files/p...ycampguide.pdf

I also just discovered STEAM Adventures. They have camps at Bethany Church which isn't far from you: STEAM Adventures | Join the Adventure!

Camp Eagle Rock is great. Run by Sisky Y but is located "in the woods" within Providence Plantation.

Socrates Academy right down the road from you has camps. Charlotte Latin also does half and full day camps. We have done Town of Mathews cams for that age group and really liked them. They have all different kind of camps from American Girl to Nature to Science.

Camp Funshine was great. They do field trips almost every day. Our daughter went for a week last year and went to a pool, TigerWorld, Lazy 5 Ranch, and 1 or 2 other places too...all for just $160 for a week.
