First time poster. I drove around PSS yesterday after hours and checked the place out. I'm 23 and single, moved here to Charlotte back in May and currently renting in SP. What is everyones feelling as to the demographic of the community. It seems like an even mix of people. I'm just trying to make sure there will be an strong 20-30 crowd in the neighborhood. Does anyone know when the clubhouse is going to be complete? Pool/Fitness?

Stefan said that they (the sales staff) will be moving into the clubhouse on April 7 and that they are getting ready to "put in the park" behind the clubhouse. It looks like "spring" is here.
