I am a realtor in PSS, You probably already listed, which one ov the 3 resales are you. I am guessing on BelleVernon. If you have any questions feel free to contact me

I've sold two condo's in this complex and my buyers love it there. Compared to other products on the market right now Park South Station is tops.. and yes, please do your research. Any questions?

I am considering a holbrook at park south station. I am working with an agent already but he does not have a lot of experience with ryan homes. Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) negotiating at this community for increased incentives (i.e. options or closing costs)? I would think builders are pretty lenient in this market.

I have a Holbrook. This community is the only community that is really selling. Make sure your agent does his homework for you. I am an agent so I am not going to step on anyones toes. It is a good commnity of people. Ask lots of questions on every subject. Good luck..

Aqua North has received a rate increase of 30%. It looks like the typical bill for a townhouse in the community will now be about 90 a month. Time to buy their stock. Any word on when the parking issues will be resolved? Will there be additional guest parking? Just what does the Advisory Committee do? Has anyone seen any news Letters from the Advisory Committee? Anyone fighting the water costs?

Hi, I am about to purchase a Gladstone in the community. I see the last post was back in February. Does anyone have any updates on the water bill situation? Is everyone still happy with their choice to move to PSS?

Water is increasing very soon. They charge a base rate plus what you actually use.

I know several people that live there and are very happy to say the least. Some of good friends and others are past clients so a mix of reviews from both but all are happy with their choice. The pool is great during the summer, always lots of events going on.
