No.

EDIT: Ok, I'll pay nice: you asked a "yes or no" question...there are lots of people who are willing to help if you have some specific questions for us....

Smile Park South Station - Quartermaine

I am interested in their Quatermaine townhomes. Anyone closed a deal on these? I am curious to see what offers people made and what incentives they got?

These is a fantastic location. And Ryan Homes is building over 800 townhomes in this community.

Archdale? Are you serious? While I realize Archdale/Park Rd would be considered the "better" part of Archdale, most of it is rough.

Crimes reported on Archdale.

The Quatermaine is a great floorplan. That community is a slam dunk for them. I had a lot of friends whose family worked at the old HC R&D plant that used to be there.

Nobody has closed anything yet, as of 3 weeks ago they still have not poured slabs for the first units.

With that being said they are offering incentives to buyers for pre-sale. My clients did receive good deals for contracting in advance.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Someone would have to pay me to live off Archdale. Something is wrong here....I am heading to Google....

EDIT: Ok, it is on Archdale at Park Rd. When someone said Archdale I immediately thought of the Archdale area at South Blvd and that area is kind of sketchy. This community sounds pretty good, actually....

Archdale and South Blvd is not very far from Archdale and Park Rd. Like I said, I know it is "better" part of Archdale, but that is just too darn close for me.

The Quatermaine is a great plan. What kind of incentives did they offer to contract?

A gun and an alarm system, plus noise proof walls so you can't hear the gunshots and cars blasting their bass when they drive by at 2am.
