Default Hampton place subdivision. Good, Bad and Ugly please.
I am looking at a home in the Hampton Place subdivision in the N. Charlotte area.Does anyone know anything about this subdivision?

Great for investment purposes. If your looking to live there just watch out. You can still get a home well priced but be ready to have renters around.

House not bad but last builder had a hard time selling because of the grading of the lots. Traffic nightmare to get to the highway only 2 choices, Prosperity Church Rd or the back roads. Homes fairly priced, however I think you can do better for the money. Look around a few miles north of there, some nice subdivision, closer to I-85
