Hi everyone,

As the title says, I'm looking to buy a house in Charlotte pretty soon and there's a couple houses I'm interested in that are located in these two sections of Highland Creek. I love the neighborhood, but this is my only concern as I do enjoy sitting out on my back porch when I'm at home. So if anyone has any input on if the smell reaches this area or how often, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

The smell of Wallace farm will reach all areas of HC. I live about a mile from WF in a neighborhood that backs to HC and we smell it every once in awhile. It smells like earth. We have never had to move inside during summer or fall because of the smell from WC. We've lived here for almost 9 years.

IF you smell it, it will be early morning.
