Hello everyone,

I'm looking to invest in a condo in Uptown and I was wondering if there were any property mgnt companies with rates lower than 10%. I have done some research but cannot find anything under that rate? Any suggestions?

got charlotte is on a distinguished road
sometimes you can get them down a percent or so, but I would pay one of the large reputable companies the higher percentage rather than gamble with one of the no names to save 1-2%. You will be better off in the long run.
