I am relocating to the Mallard Creek area of Charlotte in August. I have narrowed my apartment hunt down to three: Colonial Grand at Mallard Creek, Crescent Alexander Village, and Bexley Greenway. I haven't seen these apartments in person as I am trying to find a time to visit and tour. But, I would love to hear feedback and pros and cons if there are any apartment experts out there that know these apartments and areas.

I lived at the Colonial Grand Mallard Creek and would not have any problem recommending it. I've lived in a Bexley property before and also would have no problem recommending one of them either.

I lived in the Colonial Grand Legacy Park apartments when I first moved here. No complaints about it, nice people in the office. There is a greenway walking path right there, that's about it. The apartment I had was nice, 3rd floor w/balcony.
