Help in Ballantyne (Concord: apartments, for rent, condo)

Hello,

My husband and I just moved from Florida. We were working with a builder in Concord and had many problems from beginning to end. Fortunately, we were able to get out of the contract and did get our money back. We have decided to rent for a year so we have ample time to research builders. Ballantyne is a great location! We need a new residence as of Feb. 1st and cannot find either a house, townhouse or condo with enough closet space, and garage for under $1,600. We would also appreciate something newer than 2002. I would be so greatful for any advice.

Ballantyne is very nice, how about renting an apartment? I'm located at Promenade apartments on Ballantyne-Commons parkway, within walking distance to Promenade On Providence shopping. There ae often townhomes for rent in Baxter Village which isn't all too far from Ballantyne. Baxter Village

I second Ron's vote on the Promenade. I have a coworker that is very, very happy with the place.
