We have not received our letter yet, but our assessed value went down about 12%. We just purchased the house in October and the assessed value is in line with what we just paid.

Mine went up 5% (located Matthews/UC). Basically a tax increase...with more coming I'm sure..

I purchased our house in Sept and our appraised value is 2.5% higher than what we paid for the house.
