Hi all,

I am somewhat new to Charlotte only living here for 10 months. I am thinking of buying a townhome off Prosperity Church rd very near (1 mile) an on ramp for the new leg of I-485. Plan is to live there a few years while finishing school then use the property for rental income. Does anyone think this is a good area for future rental income? Im just looking for opinions on if this area should be healthy for rentals in the future. Also what will opening the 485 do to property values in the area? The places I am looking at arent close enough to be impacted by interstate noise but very convenient to the exit and on ramps (assuming traffic does not become a nightmare haha). Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!
