Just wondering, because every morning, between about 7:10 and 7:15, this guy pulls out onto Shamrock Dr., and if you're one of the unlucky ones to get caught behind him, it's like a cat fight trying to get around him and in front of him before crossing Eastway where Shamrock turns into a two-lane road. This guy drives about 20 miles per hour, and won't pass stopped buses. Accelerates slower than a bicycle. I don't know if his car just won't go any faster, or if he really has a hard time driving, but he must know that he's doing this.

Just Curious
Looks like a pre-Ford days Jaguar XJ from early 1990s. Those old European luxury vehicles are very expensive to maintain & repair. Car is probably stuck in "limp mode" because transmission has issues, so 20 mph is top speed. LOL
Proud father, I would, except between dropping the kids off at daycare as soon as they open... at 7, and then having to be at work at 7:30 close to downtown, and Shamrock Dr. being the only viable route between the two, it gets a little aggravating. Thanks for the advice though.
My mom drives really slow and people are pissed off, they honk, make disgusting faces at her and some flip her off. She also seems to frustrate people when she slows down at a yellow and stop on a sign turning red when two cars after her might have been able to force their through the light.
Checking the speedometer the whole trip I find that she is right at the speed limit. And her driving habit at the light is safer than forcing your way through. I think of my mom when I get behind one of these drivers. I actually don't think the problem is her but impatient drivers like me.
I believe I have seen this car. I changed my route due to another car who wont turn left on Shamrock unless there are no cars driving in the opposite direction.
I don't think it's a good idea to pass a stopped school. I have never seen this car and if I do then I would just smile and think that maybe it's a retired veteran on his way to get coffee.
