I have given notice to vacate; however my unit has been for sale over a year. The PM has placed a lockbox on the empty unit next to me. Various Realtors have had access to the lock box. The PM isn't accompanying the realtor or potential buyer. So strangers have entered my home when I wasn't there, & without the PM being present. Is this legal? I have no problem with showing the unit, but think someone from the PM need to be present for these showings.

As always, it depends on what your lease says.
