Been in GSBO for 3 months, but am moving to CLT for work. Like it here, but love CLT. Grew up in Ft Lauderdale and lived there for the past 33 years.

I looked up the comments he was referring to . . . and it seems a few disgruntled people (or trolls) had posted nasty comments (this stuff was on some apartment guide site) - saying lots of bugs and crime.

I have never heard of anything criminal going on there, other than some cars vandalized one time and that could have been kids. I felt totally safe when we were there . . . and I think everyone on the forum has figured out by now that I am hyper vigilant and very aware of crime, LOL!

Going to So Florida in a few months.

Have friends that live in Sunny Isles (Miami-Dade) & Manalapan (Palm Beach).

Both of those areas are fantastic!

Love Las Olas too!

Greensboro is nice but Charlotte is much nicer, bigger & has alot more going on!

You and yuor family will enjoy Charlotte!

GOOD LUCK!

I use to live in a Post community Uptown years ago.

I LOVED IT!

Excellent customer service and it was like living at a Ritz Carlton Resort. Very nice! Can't speak about Post Ballantyne but I am sure they are nice too!
