No, it is not a networking forum or the classifieds. Most threads in the employment section talk about unemployment issues, methods of finding work, and work-related issues. There's nothing wrong with someone to look for work in the Charlotte forum if in fact they are trying to work in Charlotte. However, it is very unlikely anyone will find work by asking here, other than to seek out local job links that would probably be unknown to a pending transplant.

Yeah...maybe searching threads started by SunnyKayak within the last year or so could be a start since I know he posts a lot of the announcements.
