Just found a really cool video of last years parade on Hwy 49 for Harrisburg 4th of July Parade.

I'm at 1 hr 10 mins on our Fire Truck. Throwing candy at the kids! Just thought it would be a nice share for those who missed the Parade.

nah my department is still off of Harrisburg rd just inside the Mecklenburg county limits. Our fire station used to be called Hickory grove Volunteer Fire department and was located off of WT Harris long long time ago.

Parades are so American! Love it!

Now you firefighter hotties ought to do a calendar. Too late for 2010. You gotta start planning for 2011. :-)

You really should! Heck, everyone is getting their message out that way these days. Social marketing. I think it would be neat to do a video on "a day in the life of."

Gotta find out the rules before I do anything. I would like to record a few responses but im not sure about the stations policy on doing so. I think it would be nice to have so the community see's what we see on a daily/weekly basis.

I thought about you today when I was at Barnes & Noble. Up front they have their Christmas merchandise for 50 % off and they had this book 2inch by 3 inch called
The Night Before Fireman Christmas.
