I guess when you already don't have that many upscale stores it just looks bad. Especially when you have stores like Old navy opening in Southpark. Miami Atlanta Orlando are big markets for upscale retailers when one closes another exclusive one opens immediately That's not happening at Southparkmall.
old navy is a popular brand.
not sure why it looks bad to have an upscale store close at a mall.
