Hello all! I have searched this forum up and down and I would greatly appreciate some help. I am looking for a luxury (granite countertops, stainless steel, pool, hardwood floors) apartment/townhome within 25 minutes of Belmont. I would prefer to stay in Belmont, into Center City (Dilworth, Elizabeth, South End), or up 485 towards Huntersville. I do not want to rent a house - I don't have time for yard upkeep. My budget is around $1200, give or take. I am willing to sacrifice some luxuries to stay within my budget, but am not will to sacrifice the safety of an area. A one bedroom apartment would suffice, but if I can get more for my money then great. Any suggestions???

I know that luxury apartments were announced for Cramerton a while back. I don't know the status.

I looked at the apartments, Southfork Village, and they are nice, but they are right on 74. Plus, I would prefer not to go farther west into Cramerton.

And I will look at the app. Thanks.

Any other suggestions?
