I did a search for July openings for Lidl today & only 4 locations were announced. I wonder if this is connected to problems that the Greenville & Spartanburg Lidls had with refrigeration & freezer cases after the June openings.

Was told back in May that Indian Land is scheduled to open in Mid August
I'm surprised that Ingles hasn't gotten land in or near Mooresville or Hickory.
Ingle's should have more stores east of Asheville. Being in Hickory, Winston-Salem, High Point, and Greensboro could earn Ingle's additional stores and market share.

It makes zero sense that Ingles is in Morganton & Statesville but neither Hickory nor Mooresville. Maybe they were snooping around Mooresville. That might explain a giant Teeter.
Ingle's store count could be greater if it was in, in addition to Mecklenburg County, Asheboro, Gastonia, Greensboro, Hickory, High Point, Lenoir, Monroe, North Wilkesboro, Rockingham, and Winston-Salem.
