Anyone live in this subdivision? I may be looking at a home there and would love any feedback about the area.

It's a single family subdivision in Stallings, although I think the actual address is Matthews. It is in Union County. I'm not sure if they have townhomes in the community or not.

I think they are the same area, but Wendover at Curry Place is the townhome area and Curry Place is where the single family homes are located.

No kids. How are the schools though? I know that will effect resale in the future...
