Hi Friends

I would like to know ,if any one living near Carrington Ridge - Huntersville?

Planning to buy a townhome in the price range of 170's -200's and the features looks good

Any suggestions

Well...the area is fine but it's a bit out of the way of everything but not too bad. Also, they start in the high 170s which means your starting point is really in the 190s if not 200s. I think that's a bit pricey for what you're getting.

Not sure if you are buying new construction or a resale, but if you are buying a new townhome from Ryan homes, the average cost per Sq. Ft. is around $107. They have sold 5 in the last 6 months in that price range. They have 2 under contract and 2 being built for 174K and 196K.
I think you will be happy with the quality and features for the price. As for being "a bit out of the way" it depends on what you consider out of the way. Downtown Charlotte, then yes. Close to everything in Huntersville, then no.

I am sure you will love the home and the area.
