Does anyone have the statistics for the average increase in Apartment Complex for renewal rate in Charlotte? Including Uptown, and surrounding neighborhoods

I've heard folks say that some apt complexes jack rate after your one year lease is over, have no experience to know this yet . My daughter just signed her first apt lease in the Southend, it would not surprise me if this happened. There are so many great loving options in this area with great amenities. I suspect some just then move to another complex nearby.

I don't know what the avg rate is, but when I first moved here 3 yrs ago the complex where I currently live increased the rent by $100 after the first year. It was a 2br so I downsized to a 1 br. This year rent increase +$50.
