Gramercy Square at Arysley Apartments (Charlotte, NC) are nice on the outside and they're conveniently located next to the I-85, but do not live here for the reasons listed below:

-Poor wall construction (you can hear everything)
-If they tell you something over-the-phone regarding your lease terms, get it writing. I was told that my co-signer will be removed from my lease after six months, but it has not been acknowledged.
-One elevator
-They do not respond to requests in a timely manner regarding noise complaints.
-Do not agree to terminate your lease with the option to pay for 2 months. Choose the option to pay for however long the apartment is unoccupied. There are always people waiting on an apartment here and you can significantly reduce your termination fees.
-Rude management

Please save your money and check out nearby apartment communities.

East Charlotte! 10 minutes to Uptown, Noda, Midwood, South End. Some of the best most affordable restaurants in Charlotte. Plus homes and rentals are extremely well priced for the proximity to Uptown. I've been on the East Side for two years now and love it.
