Can anyone give me some information on the Vineyard subdivision (part of Providence Plantation)?
Is there a reason many homes in there have been sold recently?
Saw a home for sale in there that the price was recently reduced by $45K and wondered why.

The Vineyard subdivision is off of Community House Road closer to Ballantyne. I don't know of a Vineyard subdivision that is part of Providence Plantation. The house that has been reduced is near the front of the neighborhood, and often buyers don't like that.

Thank you for the clarification.
Do you know anything about Sardis Pointe?
We are starting to look for homes in the Charlotte area for a relocation in the early Spring.
I saw a home I like there, but have read several comments about the Matthews area "declining".
We are looking for a $450K-500K all brick home in South Charlotte-North Waxhaw-Matthews area.
>3000 sq ft and on a small lot.
Any suggestions?

Some possibilities for you: Alexsis, Ardrey Chase, Barrington, Benton Woods, Berkeley, Brookhaven, Callonwood, Carrington, Deerfield Plantation, Elizabeth Place, Hollister, Piper Glen, Providence Crossing, Robinson Woods, Sardis Crest, Sardis Pointe, Sarah Hall, Stone Creek Ranch. I have not heard about Matthews declining -- did the comments reference certain areas?
