Default Moving to Huntersville or NW Charlotte, NC

Planning to move to Huntersville or NW Charlotte, NC right outside of Huntersville and have a price range of $150,000 to no more than $175,000. Can anyone tell me which developments are the best to look at in a good school district and which is suitable for kids. Has anyone heard of a development named Covington? I can't find there association or development on the web. My realtor named several which I found but couldn't find Covington. Thanks.

Covington is right near Vermillion/Centennial. Its an established neighborhood. Schools are Blythe/Alexander/N.Meck not a bad assignment.

The traffic in this area is terrible. And there seems to be no end in sight due to over population.

That is matter of perception and does not help the original poster in what the information they are looking for....

Is you Realtor there or is he in NC. If he is in NC he should know where covington is. Its a community off of Pitts School Rd in Concord. Its a nice established community. close to Lowes Motor Speedway , Concord Mills Mall, and I-85. The homes there are in your price range. It is not far from Huntersville. Moderator cut: tos violation

Oh, she was telling us that Concord is cheaper in price for houses. Perhaps that is why she mentioned Covington and I thought that it was in Charlotte. Can anyone tell me about the communities called Chastain Walk, Keeneland, Walden Ridge, Wedgewood North, Avery Glen and Claiborne Woods which are in Charlotte right outside of Huntersville located on Mt. Holly/Huntersville Road? What about Stonegate Farms, Stone Hollow and Melbourne in Huntersville?

Try this website for searching homes.

CarolinaHome.com

Select area #1 for the area north of Charlotte which includes Huntersville.
You can search by community price and range.

Good Luck.
