We are looking to buy a home at Stonecreek Ranch. Has anyone lived here or lives here? Any insight on the build of the home and how safe the neighborhood is? Does the HOA include lawn service?

Thanks for your feedback!
Except in senior living or condo communities, you won't find too many HOAs around here where the dues include lawn service.
It's a very desirable neighborhood as it feeds into the top schools in the city. There is one section of patio homes that have lawn service included in the HOA. All the other sections you do your own lawn service. Things sell usually in days..it's a pretty hot area especially since right beside it practically, they are building a whole foods etc. I have built 3 houses in Charlotte and this is the best built and most energy efficient. I'm in the all brick part though and different builders built different sections. Mine was built by Centex but others..like the newest vinyl versions are by Pulte.
There used to be one section of the neighborhood where lawn maintenance was included. They are homes and not condos but the lot sizes are small. I believe they are all brick, too. I'm not sure if that section is still that way or not. I remember because we were going to buy in there when they were building out in 2006/2007.
There are actually two sections that have lawn maintenance included. Neighborhood has different price points depending on size of home and construction type (i.e. full brick, number of garage bays). Nice amenities and really good location.
