I am looking for a place to dock my 18" Pontoon and jet ski this summer. Dry storage would work too if it is close to boat ramp.

Thank you!!

You didn't mention which lake you prefer. Seems to me that people with docks have tightened up on letting folks use them. Maybe insurance is part of the problem. I'd imagine the random traffic is an issue as well.

My advice is to call around to the local marinas and price their dry storage and keep the PWC at home and trailer it as needed. PWC don't really like being left in the water.

Expect to pay around $1000/yr for dry storage. Location will affect the price (Wylie or Norman, north or south, etc.) I'd also recommend getting on it now, which you seem to be doing. When warm weather hits, those spots will go faster. I think a few marinas see a bump around the time of the boat show (Feb).

Sorry this is for Lake Norman...OOPS!!! I guess I was not clear... I am looking for a place that could either have it at a dock or in a storage area then I could put it in when I got there each time but would not have to haul it everywhere like I do now....Thank you for all of your help!!!
