Hi all. Can anyone give a good recommendation for a pre-close new construction inspection? They need to be very detailed and cost is not a factor.

Alpha and Omega Home Inspections. Top rated on Angie's list and he is very detailed and thorough. Home Inspections in Charlotte, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, Gastonia, Lake Wylie and surrounding areas

Not cheap but we felt it was worth the price. We used him twice (and backed out of one house based on some of the stuff he found). It was around $550 for 2700sf home (not new construction). I am sure new construction is less money.
