Is there anywhere to get free leaf bags for leaves/grass pickup? I have seen free leaf bags from Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware in other cities, but I wasn't aware of any stores/locations providing free leaf bags in Charlotte. Are you aware of any place that provides them? Thanks!

What's the incentive for those stores to offer free leaf bags? I'm sure it would get abused

Free bags are sometimes offered in those places. When they are, the bags are paid for by a municipality. Do you want your taxes raised to pay for bags?

I had never heard of it, either, until I traveled to Atlanta and saw many leaf bags sitting out with "FREE from (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc)". That's why I asked here, because I had never heard of anything similar in Charlotte. Thanks for your responses!
